Sturgeon on the Willamette River
I liked the makeup of this photo while fishing for Sturgeon on the Willamette River in Portland Oregon on Saturday.
Coastguard was out playing with their toys, Rigid hull inflatable with twin Honda 150 4 stroke outboards, very nice, handle awesome and huge fun!!!
Me and my sturgeon I caught around 9am. Standing here at 2pm with the 17.5 pound 41 inch Sturgeon from the Willamette River. I got lucky, this was my first time fishing for sturgeon and this was the only bite for the boat all day. Yes the flavor was awesome, Scrambled eggs and Sturgeon for breakfast on Sunday :-)
Could not pass up the shot!
Skull Doctors (name on the hat), a taxidermy business in Oregon, they clean the skulls for mounting wildlife on the wall.

Fishing isn't my thing. I'm way to impatient for that. Great catch. I'm very impressed. Are you having the skull doen?
Nope! no processing of the skull from this dinosaur fish, I do not think it would look anything like the fish. It was a blast catching it though. Thanks!
Had to look twice to notice it wasn't you in the hat......:-)
