Playing with the lights

The scene was pretty calm but the lights were overwhelming. I figured I could leave the photo as is or have some fun with a bad situation, so I did the latter. Levels, and curve together with a light cropping of the photo. Eh? what do you think, good, BAD, or downright UGLY!!!

    I like the effect. It is something evverybody should do once in a while. Some people do it all the time and call it art (and make tons of money doing their "art")
