Today's post making up for yesterday

I traveled to Rockaway beach at the coast yesterday but sadly enough I had no internet connection when I got there. The weather was a welcome 60 degrees but foggy at the beach . When I left for the beach It was in the high 90's and today when I returned I was welcomed with a shocking 98 degrees.

Going to the beach and coming home the traffic was backed up 15 miles and it was 95-98 degrees the whole stretch. It was not so bad going the opposite direction of the backup :-)

I could not pass up the evening sun on the pelicans and sea birds in the bay.
