VVCC Scavenger hunt #23 "Someone Walking their dog"

This was taken just before midnight, camera setting to"bulb" A single frame holding open the shutter with a manual shutter release, I painted in the light areas using a manual flash to highlight my subject. The photo could be brighter, I like the outcome I got with this photo on the 3rd try! kc.
